Hi - I am trying to clone an ECM on a 2014 BMW 528 F10 and I have an error when I try to read the ECU.

The process fails after the message 'Waiting for Internet'

I selected the driver (see picture) and can read the ID successfully (see picture).

Then the process fails after the waiting for internet message.

I also see a message reading 'READING ECU
Reading in progress...OK
FILE NOT FOUND IN DATA BASE
